Country applying from: Hyderabad, India
Type of visa applied for: Spouse Visa
Priority/Non-Priority: Standard application
Date application submitted online: 07th August 2017
Date biometrics taken: 09th August 2017
Date documents received at UKVI Sheffield per Royal Mail: 15th August 2017
Email confirmation of supporting documents received in Sheffield: 06 September 2017
Date documentation received back from UKVI: Around the 10th September 2017 (self addressed envelope)
Calls / Emails to UKVI: No

Decision made SMS and call received from VFS: 30 October 2017
Date visa collected: 30 October 2017

Hope this helps rest of the guys, in my view, there seems to be little or no difference paying for priority visa. After the recent news about the unacceptable timing the Home Office is taking to process visas, they seem to process most visas within 60 working days so long as the documentation is correct.

Good Luck to all waiting.

I am yet to hear from the Home Office anything. I haven't even received the original documents yet.
I don't know if anyone else is in the same situation as me. It would help me massively if someone kindly let me know if they are experiencing the same.

Thank you in advance.
