Anyone received a settlement or pre settlement this week I have submitted biometric on Thursday waiting to hear from them now
Still waiting (biometrics done on 18th June)
Same, nothing since biometrics done on the 18th June.. a member posted on here that they were not required to take biometrics and they got settled status (even though it states on the letters issued to us that if you have previously biometrics taken u must do them again) Strange.?

On my Surinder Singh forum, there have been 18 people who have received their status in the last two weeks. Three for settled status and fifteen for pre-settled!!
You then say over 2700 members not all Singhers, so of the 18 with decisions how many are Singhers?
I'm ONLY including SINGHERS in my data. Non-singhers are on the forum, but I have excluded them from my data, their application process is so different (they apply via android app and online, get CoA, usually much quicker) it's easy to instantly see if it's a non-singher. BTW, it's gone up to 20 today - 5 singhers with non-biometric vignette RC's in their passports including one whose RC expired a month before applying, one whose RC expired whilst sitting on HO's desk, those 5 with old RC's have all been granted settled status, they all needed to do submit biometrics at local post offices within the last few weeks for settled status due to having non-biometric RC's. The other 15 all have newer biometric UK RC's so they didn't need to submit biometrics, they all got granted PSS.

Hey guys.
I’m curious on how the new pre-settled and settled status card looks like. I will be applying after I come back from my holiday in Cyprus in August, my husband is a British citizen and we used to lived in Cyprus hence i can apply for Surinder Singh route.
Can someone please kindly post a photo if you dont mind? Also did anyone applied recently and got the status? I mean I’m one of the 1st person who got the paper application but did not apply straight away as I was traveling so didn’t want to send my passport. So wondering if anyone literally applied recently and like 2 or weeks after got an answer?
Thank you
xxxx

Yaay! My settled status BRP card arrived this morning! I was woken up by a courier from the home office, and voila!....it was a shiny BRP settlement card! No prior letter received to advise I will receive the card or my documents in the post, Card just landed just like that hehe
Here is wishing everyone else still waiting for their BRP...all the best. And hopefully your waits are almost over too.

Looks like PR Card route is faster than Settlement Scheme
The 23 or so Singhers on my forum that have been successful have all received their PSS or settled status in about 8 weeks on average. However, these are ONLY ones with existing UK residence cards, some are old-style RC's in vignettes with submission of biometrics, some are newer biometric UK RC's. NO ONE with NO UK RC has received settled status to date, to my knowledge. I don't know how long PR is taking nowadays, but the settled status applications with an EXISTING UK RC may be quicker.

Something AMAZING has happened!! The 24th singher on our forum has received his PSS. And he is the FIRST person with NO existing UK RC to received PSS or settled status, he only had an EEA family permit!! What's even more astounding is that he got refused a UK RC application back in 2016, and has spent years fighting two appeals, one at first tier tribunal and one at upper tier tribunal, and lost both appeals!! With the PSS application, he had found more evidence since the failed UK RC application in 2016 and submitted it

Congrats! Did you already have UK RC? I sent in my application on the 16th of May but it didn't get to the HO until 20th May, so a little sooner than yours. I already had an old style UK RC and had to do a biometrics submission, did that on 18th June.
