I made some mistake on the online submission, emailed citizenshiponline@justice.ie, of course no reply after weeks.....

Got the approval on the 4th of May. I sent the declaration, IRP also submitted the fee on the same day. I got the first email immediately after submitting the fee and 2nd email on 10th of May confirming that the payment has been processed. The online status also changed from submitted to Completed.
