Hey thx for your replay but I’m bit confused about this cuz before divorce u show that your ex is continuously working and after ROR u working but when I apply after ROR PR I show about my ex job record and is only 3 month gap plz any one help me about experience thx u

Thanks for the replay ,my Ex have PR already last year when I got refused and he received ,I did send that too,right now I did apply for residence card because of right to work until the divorce is over and than reapply for ROR! don't have that much hope but, you never know!

I have got some good news. Yesterday my lawyer called me saying that they recieved all my documents and BPR (i collected everything yesterday). Thats a lot everyone.
As my lawyer said, you have to be very specific with this kind of application.
All it matters is your ex to be working few months before the decree absolute and some days after the decree absolute, proved by payslips.
My ex was working part time, only 20 hrs a week.
Another important thing is passport or original ID.
And proof that you are working from the day of decree absolute and onwards.

These are the main criteria.

There is no 'online status check' website. It was removed in December 2017.
