Chase up letter sent in Dec 2017 no reply for letter .
Called in office standard reply same day in FEB 2018 . Called again April 2018 standard reply your case not decided complex etc.
Today received reply from home office .
Decided . In country right appeal .
Refused said all family Pakistani and can move together and for child best interest with family as well they didn’t even consider my child language therapy . My child got Language and speak problem .
Now lodging appeal I don’t know how long it will take for appeal . I am hoping for positive in appeal
Waited over 14 month not good out come .

My mum had an accident and broke her leg when she was visiting us last month. She had to go through an emergency surgery and doctors advised her not to fly for 6 weeks. Her visa was expiring during this period so I had to request an extension. I called the Home Office helpline number and they suggested to apply under FLR (HRO) category.

They refunded application fees and IHS in full in November with no explanation.

They returned all supporting documents on 4th December 2018 again with no explanation.

I haven’t received any letters to say my application is invalid or rejected or accepted so I presume it’s still being considered.
