Ok thats a big relief. Is it calculated from that very year or the year before? I guess the term rolling is whats am confused about. my Maths is very bad. lol

Rolling means ANY continuous 12 month rolling period.

Not this year or that year or from this month to that month.

In May 2015 even though I didn't have to appear in court, I had a court fine of £415 and 6points on my licence of which I paid the fine, but am not sure where to fill it in as the question is a bit confusing to me.

Is that a ivil penalty under UK Immigration Acts? and should I declare it?

Hi everyone,

I want to say a massive thank you to Zimba88 and CR001 for their massive support and to everyone who has posted on this forum.

I just return from croyden premium service centre about an hour ago and am glad to say I have been granted my ILR. What a massive relief.

Even with my criminal record and a few traffic offences, the outcome was a success. I am now preparing to apply to naturalise.

Appointment was : 8:45
Called later to submit my documents at 9:30
called back for collection at 12:30.
Should anyone need any advice please let me know and I will happily share any info needed.

Congratulations!! I have travelled a lot as well. Did you list all the travels you have done for the 6 years of dlr? Hope it will be fine for me. Also what documents did you submit. Thanks

Yes I listed all my travels and I was lucky not to have exceed the 180days in any 12months rolling period. You have to list all your travels as they will definitely find out from the stamps on your passport.

The documents submitted:
Marriage certificate
6months bank statements
2months payslips
6years council tax bills
Life in uk test certificate but not english language test as I didn't have time to do the test.
Kids/wife's British passports
Covering letter explaining my criminal record
Wife's supporting letter.
DBS check result.
I have more than a few traffic offence but I only declared the one court fine I had.
I submitted some photographs of my family and I but it was given back to me by the man checking my documents as they are not relevant apparently.

In all it was a straight forward process just the waiting and not knowing what the decision would be was the problem but thank God it was a success.
