Mate, ive been on the forum for months and this is absolutely not true. I spoke to them myself on the 5th. He said it takes 10 working days after decision is made. He advised me, you should get a text any day now. I've got a recording of the call as well, as my phone records all calls.

Ive heard that if your application is sent via Priority Service and you get informed that a decision has been made then you should get told to collect your passport pretty much the next day but thats only if your application is successful.

Looking at safinas case I think thats true

Today has been 44 working days after my wife did her bio metric and my wife applied for non-priority service. Is it worth calling UK Visa and Immigration call centre about status of Spouse Visa? What kind of detail they can give to me if I call them?
Is 0203 481 1736 the number to call at call centre? I know the call cost £1.37 per minute.

cause yours is non-priority its not worth ringing before 60th working day. i feel its a waste of time.

Told us to wait around a week to 10 days for passport

And another case proves the above theory. I think this is the visas being granted week. Lol

That case i posted was in december, was priority and got approved a week later

Don’t get angry. I’ll tell you something. I have spoke to my solictor before i got my visa sorted. And he told me that. When they dispatch passport with a decision to home country. Well for us it was Islamabad. They then wait until the next batch go. So for example with myself they told me over the phone on Tuesday the decision is made. But by then they already dispatched the passport and arrived in 3 working days. Then the next batch go after 3 working days. That’s what I’ve been told. So not sure how true this but hey its not worth stressing. If you paid priority then you will get yours within timescale.

oh god haha 3 months! the longest iv gone is 5months without seeing my wife was a nightmare
but i just returned from pakistan myself on the 21st january 2019
so it's only been 2 and a half weeks so il be ok lasting until march IA

Try nearly 2 years. I've been without hubby for nearly 2 years. One year took them to just make a decision. Plus got 2 kids one who is ill. And we got a refusal after a whole year
