Visit Visa UK Embassy Email - Your UK visa application has been issued

to make light on the “your uk visits visa HAS BeEN CONCLUDED email”, I got an email with the exact wording, and I just received my passport with a uK Visa! So it isnt true that it is meant that your visa was not granted!

Maybe if you read this thread carefully, you will realise that the post in question are Abu Dhabi and Riyad that people are referring to, and i am sure that was not the post that dealt with your visa application.

Even if it was, the outcome you receive would not have been unique, as few other people with those email received an approval email.

The vast majority of applicant who receive concluded emails get refusal. Given the numbers, it is safe to say that nearly every one who receives concluded email from those specific post are unfortunately refused.

Is it possible for someone who received a “visa has been issue” email still be refused? I’m still nervous about getting my passport. Lol

Hi All,
I dont know how these entry officers operate. I applied for ten years multiple entries visa with same documents as my parents and recieved concluded email from them. Whereas my parents got issues email. Same documents provided. I have also been issued with 10 years visa previously in 2008 and had been there several times.

hi everyone i applied uk visit visa for my fiance on my birthday party and i recieved email today from british high commision i seen few post that they said you wil recive email saying issue or conclude but this email is totaly different can anyone help please
imy fiance recieved email says that thanku for apply uk visa your application the decision now been made on your application the completed application has been dispatched from ukvi to vfs to return to you in accordance with your instructions to vfs.

one of my friend application refused and he wrote a pre action protocol letter to ukvi abu Dhabi .After 14 days ukvi requested more time. Today he received email from ukvi abu Dhabi

kindly please be advised that this application is still under reconsideration and you will be notified in due course

Hi there.. we have been through this... after refusal on baseless reasons we complained about that and they were reconsidering our whole application and we inquired about outcome from UKVI we always got the same response.. just wait for the right time !
It took 2 months for reconsideration and now we have received concluded email today. Let's see what gonna be the outcome of this reconsideration !!!

I got this below sms from vfs today

The processed visa application for GWF ref no. (GWF**********)was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 7/30/2019. If a courier service was purchased from VFS, your processed visa application will be delivered to the chosen address. If not, the documents can be collected during the designated passport collection times.

My biometric date was 12th July 2019 .Can someone help what does this mean ? I did not get any kind of issued or concluded mail

I almost believed in what you guy were saying. It doesn’t mean anything.
Maybe it depends from which country you are applying?
Most of you guys are applying from the similar area right?maybe thats the only pattern we can see?

If you bothered to read the whole thread properly, you will see it is mainly applications from Abu Dhabi UAE and Riyadh Saudi Arabia!!

I read it and the assumption was generalized that „concluded“ means 100% decline, no matter where you from.

Just wanted to state to anyone who google this message and comes to this forum.
Ignore the interpretation and don’t panic except you are from these areas.
UK visa is the most expensive visa otherwise i wouldn’t be so bothered to apply again when rejected due to documents missing etc

Got email with the word "concluded". Visa was approved.

I think it is hard to read through the words in the email. And email doesn't mean anything. Whatever email you receive from the embassy it just means that a decision has been made. You shall know the decision only after you get hands on your passport.

My mother and Brother both applied for Visit Visa and today the received "Application Concluded" email and another email was sent an hour later with subject "UK Visa Decisions" including an attachment. The attachment was a UK Visa application Refusal letter in PDF.

They applied in Pakistan but the response came from UK High Commission Abu Dhabi.

Seems like UKVI are sending outcome of Refusal or Approval via emails before you receive your passport. Atleast something is being done to reduce worries and anxiety for applicants.

Hi guys,

I applied for a Standard Visitor Visa (6-months) from Munich, Germany on 06.06.19 and I am still awaiting a decision. Does anyone have experience with such long delays on Standard Visit Visa?

I have previously in the last 3 years been issued the same visa twice (one time being a 2 year one). I do not understand what is the delay and how to proceed? I also need my passport back soon as I am travelling somewhere else at the end of this month.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello Guys,
i applied visit visa in Nigeria on 15th July and received "Concluded" email on 29th July 2019.
after that there is no update on TLS website, they are still saying your application is still with UKVI.

any advise on this matter would be appreciate. i am bit nervous because of this "concluded" trend.
