Hi,

I made my application on the 23/05/22. Posted documents on 24/05/22. Documents arrived by track post on 27/05/22 (confirmed by post office).

On the tracker it says application received 23/05/22. And then there in an update alert from today that says ‘We have received your application. You must submit your supporting documents to proceed with the application.’
