What exactly did report to home office??
If he has reported the breakdown of the relationship, then yes you might not get a single entry visa vignette or if you get one, you might be denied entry to the UK and sent back to Pakistan.

I have submitted a really good evidence as well, police reports with pictures of me after the attack. Police report from a previous incident that happened a couple of years ago. Support letters from indeavour and marac. A letter of my ex's conviction he pleaded guilty to the charges and he was handed a 24 weeks suspended sentence for 2 years and a 5 year restraining order. I am a mother of 2 British children aged 5 and 3 and they live with me full time.
A solicitor from citizens advice bureau dealth with my case free of charge as i was destitute. Lets hope they respond soon as i am always worried about the outcome
have you got any news yet? if so please tell me when did you receive the decision from the Home Office.
Please update us.
Thank you.
FJBH wrote: ↑Tue Jul 24, 2018 1:55 pmHello,
I wanted to see if somebody has been in the same situation as me.
I have applied for the ILR SET(Domestic Violence).
I would like to see if you can share with me your processing times. The waiting time without a feedback from Home Office is a total nightmare.
My case:
10/07/2018: Application submited
23/07/2018: Biometrics letter received and biometrics taken the same day at the Post Office.
How long did you wait for your result (was it positive, negative?)
Thank you a lot!
Hi is there any one who can guide me what documentary are required for ilr on basis of domestic violence
F.

RalphMarx wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2019 2:05 pmGood afternoon,
Just to help people out....I have finally received notice that my ILR(DV) visa has been granted. I used an Immigration solicitor in my submittal, had fairly good evidence, own a business employing 14 people full time, North American, parent to a British minor, etc. and still it took approximately 3 months and 3 weeks to get approval.
After the first two weeks of waiting, there was a request to deal with the biometrics. After that there was no communication at all until last week when there was some more information regarding the abuse organizations that I had been in contact with.
Very grateful that I used an immigration solicitor to help with all of this. Have had to deal with the Home Office many times over the last 7 years and without a good solicitor, you are a sitting duck.
Now, I have to think carefully about my next steps. Worrying about getting kicked out of the country has now been somewhat taken off the table.

Hello Good to hear that your friend received positive result.londoner786 wrote: ↑Fri May 29, 2020 1:28 amDear all
I thought i update the timeline of a friend.
Dv iLR applied : September 2019. ( proof of DV including police report. Report from victim support. Report from GP. Report from homeless charity that he is staying with them at a men refuge centre. )
HO requested updated in march 2020 asking for updated police report and his current residential status if he was still staying at the refuge. Also requested is updated doctors report.
His fees was waved off since he had no means to pay.
20th may. Received email from caseworker ILR granted. And BRP on its way.
Finally his message to all victims of DV is keep strong faith in Uk justice system and get all the evidences in place. Any questions i will be happy to lass it over to him.
Hello AshmitAshmit wrote: ↑Wed Jun 17, 2020 4:26 amDear all,
I’m the victim of domestic violence, I’m getting all the evidence to support SET DV application from police, GP, domestic violence angency etc.
Could any one please suggest how to submit all the evidence to home office ? Do they all needs to be uploaded online application or I can post them ?
Looking forward to hearing from you all, your help much appreciated.
Many thanks
Congrats bobbybob56, how long did you have to wait in totalBobbybob56 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2019 6:05 pmThanks for your reply.Aksa786 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2019 5:37 pmAll what i got was a letter from HMRC saying that the home office have confirmed that i am habitually resident in the UK and my universal credit payments should continue because they have granted me indefinite leave to remain. This has confused me because its been 3 months since that letter and still haven't heard from home office.
And yes i have applied for DDV concession first then SET DV
That's quite weird as how come the HMRC confirmed your application for ILR but the Home Office has not confirmed it yet.
When did you receive the letter from HMRC,
What do you mean by habitual residency
When did you apply for DDV? And how long did you wait for their response?
Did you apply for ILR straight after receiving DDV?
When are you applying for citizenship or naturalisation if ever you have the positive result of your ILR set DV application? Is it after a year?
Sorry if I have so many questions.
Hope it will be over soon. Please let me know when you receive your application result.
Thanks again.
