Has the HO stopped sending acknowledgement letters?? my ILR fees was deducted on 6/4/2017 and haven't received any correspondence whatsoever.

Thanks

It can take a couple of weeks or a few weeks.Simz82 wrote:Hi all,
I applied for ILR T2G on the 18th of April 2017 via post.
Application received 19/04/2017
Application fee deducted 20/04/2017
I wanted to find out how long until I receive either a letter of application acknowledgement or invitation for biometrics?
Regards

Assuming you intend to register your children as British citizens once your ILR is granted, write to HO and state this and that you will be registering them as British Citizens under Section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act, which is an entitlement to register due to being born in the UK, once you are granted ILR.alibahi wrote:Hi allalibahi wrote:hi

Today exactly after one year and one day to my application received latter from UKVI asking about my doughter. I also haven't applied my son ILR as because both are born in UK
"Dear sirs
As the home office is dedicated protecting and safeguarding the interests of children, we therefore would ask that you now confirm the whereabouts of xxxxx xxxxx born in UK on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, as we have not received an application for indefinite leave to remain in Lin with your own application.
Please supply your response by 19 may 2017 using the enclosed self addresses sticker."
Can please some one suggest me what should I reply to them and do I need to tell them about my son as well
Thanks in advance

You are both posting from the same IP address and your question and dates are virtually identical.salim's wrote:hello i'm just new i never joined before. first time i register with you .CR001 wrote:Why have you registered a new username and posted the same question again??salim's wrote:hi everyone good morning ,

Your username and user 'happy85', the link I already posted, are posting on the forum from the same IP address. Your questions/dates of amendments and repaying tax to HMRC are virtually the same. So no need to get stroppy, I was merely pointing out the issue and rules.salim's wrote:What are you talking about??CR001 wrote:You are both posting from the same IP address and your question and dates are virtually identical.
