Hi,


Route: Entrepreneur 50K (Set O).
Visa applied on 13/9/2019 with two dependents
Biometrics done on 1/10/2019.
Solicitor send me an email that my Visa has been approved on 18/11/2019.
Today received a letter from DX that my UKBA-BRA was not delivered as nobody was at home. Call and book next delivery date.

Wife and Son applications were switched From Extension to ILR because they have not completed 5 years. Wife completed 5 years 25 September and Son’s 5 years were completing on August 2020 but solicitor said that when both parents are applying ILR then your son can also applied.
He has applied wife and son visa. They have to give biometrics on 26/11/2019.
Now wait for their ILR.

Today my wife and son visa has been approved. Surprisingly BRPs have come first but have not received approval letter. Son has not completed 5 years but solicitor applied his ILR because both parents have applied ILR.

Ive been a silent reader on this forum. Great job all of you for maintaining a rich portal of information.

My timelines were slow even though i took the super priority route. Probably HO is understaffed during Christmas.

Sopra Steria Appointment: 12 Dec 2019 8:30am at Croydon (Express appointment - was seen immediately as i walked in).
Sopra Steria sms services (1.50£ extra): Got confirmation SMS that application is submitted to UKVI 6:04pm on 12 Dec. (this is where i realised i wasn't going to get my answer within 24 hours as it was already 1 full working day)
Called UKVI support: 16 Dec 2019 10:15am, asked to wait till 5 days from time of appointment to callback and escalate. The lady also mentioned that UKVI isn't sending emails now and results are only through post. I didn't believe her as its probably a tactic to avoid answering more questions
Email received confirming ILR successful : 17 Dec 2019, 7:57 am (the call didn't help with the processing as they didn't take any information from me.)
Work status updated on: 17 Dec 2019, 8:00 am
Waiting for BRP by post in the next 7 days.

Especial thanks to all participants on this forum, this forum is real helpful.
Documents scanned and uploaded by myself at UKVCAS website, it saves time. we only spent 15 minutes at sopera center for Bio metric etc
One more thing I want to share is that the source of our income was employment income. both of us are employed. both of us receives cash in hand pay with payslips. Cash in hand income is fine but you only need to bank your full and exact amount that matched the payslip and then withdraw or whatever.
