The proof of PR is not as well defined as that for residence cards or certificates. Article 21 says "For the purposes of this Directive, continuity of residence may be attested by any means of proof in use in the host Member State."
By convention, a bank statement, utility bill, driving license amongst others are considered to be acceptable proof of address.
You're quite correct that the P60 has your address on it as well. I know of someone who successfully applied with P60 and mortgage statements. Perhaps the mortgage statements were superfluous, who knows now.
For clarity, you can certainly make clear that you propose using P60s as proof of residence and treaty rights (working). That way your intentions would be absolutely unambiguous for the case worker.Bing wrote:What do you think of having a cover letter to explain it?
