Need info on Bank Statement Title For Tire 1 Dependent Visa

Hi ,
My wife holds UK HSMP Tire 1 visa .
I am planning to apply for Tire 1 Dependent visa . I have 2 query it will be great if some one can help me out

Q1) We got married in November 2011 and she went back to uk in jan 2012 but she had not changed her Title in her Bank from Miss to Ms until April 2012. All her old bank statement shows title as Miss but her bank certificate which is generated on 7-april shows title as Ms.

Will the title of Miss in bank statement of Jan Feb and March cause any problem

Q2) I am at present working in a company
Do i need to provide Resignation letter in my visa file ?


Please help me out with Above to question i am very confused on what to do...
