UK immigration rules - part 8

Hi,

i am processing wife spouse settlement visa and child settlement visa. I am on ILR here in the UK. i thought of attaching a printout of the uk immigration rules that are relevant to my case

my wife has a degree thought in english and my baby is 5 months old

for spouse settlement is it 281 or 282 and for child settlement is 301 or 302 ?

(also i have a another posting regaridn uk naric)

could you please post your thoughts as it would it help me

yeo thats correct but just thought would add it as an extra effort

lucapooka or others do you know if it is 281 or 281 for spouse and for child 301 or 302.

by doing this, i am checking if all my docs are correct as well

I could partly understand that you want to provide additional documents like what UKBA says.....!


I Just want to remind that you have to get a letter from UK NARIC that your's wife degree was taught in English.... failing which your application will be rejected
