my ILR application check list?

Post by ra_one_2011 » Tue Apr 10, 2012 4:02 pm

hi,
sorry i am in panic mode now as my ILR date is coming up soon and i will have only one shot to prove my case as my visa is expiring in a month so i want to go to PEO with all documents as possible and perfection. here's the documents i have gathered so far. could experience person tell me if i have gathered all the doc or i am missing anything.
1.HSMP+tier-1(G) letter
2.last 4 years P60+ 2012 payslips and authorising letter from senior Payroll
3.current company HR letter
4.Last 15 Months of bank statement on stationary page(Do i need to get it stamped? & March 2012 statement is printed out online and stamped and signed by Bank. Is that sufficient? or i need bank manager letter
)
5.council tax statement showing mine and partner's name
6. marriage and child's birth certificate
7.NHS card and NHS letter
8.Mortgage statement
9.scottish discloser and Police subject access request letter
10. last electric/gas statement.
AM i missing anything here,
Bank statement with bank stamp and signature is enough for my March2012 statement?
I appreciate your feedback, thanks

Your list seems to be ok. If the bank statement is on original bank stationary, then its fine and doesn’t require any further stamp and signatures.

Online statements need to be signed and stamped which you have already done (for your March statement), so that should be okay as well.

And yes you also need LiUK test pass certificate.

anything that is on your payslip can be claimed as your income. make sure that those figures are corroborated by bank statements you submit.

Hope you are taking cohabitation docs for last 2 years , I called the customer care and they confirmed

at least 6 docs are required , 2 from each source but it also depends upon case worker that how many he/she want to look at

example :IF bank statement than : min 1 from Year 2011 and 1 from 2010 that is is last 2 years during time of application.

Thanks

Do the cohab docs need to be on joint name? I mean if I have my individual bank statement at the same address and my wife's individual statement at the same address in say March 2010, that is proof of cohab?

Regards & Thanks.

hi,
thanks guys for your valuable input.
sorry, i forgot to add life in the uk certificate in my list, i have it now.
for cohab, i got last three years council tax bill, mortgage statement, nhs letter and bank statement stating we got joint account for last 10 years. hope this would be sufficient to prove that we have been living together.
