New Guidlines: Tier 1 Extension: Reduced fee for HSMP

Post by pkumar » Tue Apr 10, 2012 9:01 pm

Anyone please validate this ...... New application form says
"Reduced fee where applicant
has a valid HSMP approval letter
:
applicable transitional arrangements
Where a Tier 1 (General) applicant has a valid
HSMP approval letter, but has yet to obtain the
associated leave to remain, the fee payable is
£500 for applications made by post or courier,
or £700 for applications made in person at
our Public Enquiry Offices. The reduced fee
recognises that these applicants have already
paid for their application for a HSMP approval
letter. Please see “Transitional Arrangements
for Applicants in the United Kingdom with a
valid HSMP Approval Letter” section of the
Tier 1 (General) Policy Guidance for further
information on this policy."
