Advice Please for Biometric:POst Office or Croydon HO?

Post by ksadoc » Tue Apr 10, 2012 9:17 pm

Hi all,

I have still not received my biometric, probably by next week. I was wondering which is the best option to go for since i am living in London.
Can someone please advice on the following doubts:-
1. Is is easy and hassle free to go to a Head Post Office or better to choose Croydon?
2. I am worried if opt for Croydon, i might get an appointment after many days?
3. If anyone of you have done the biometric at post office, how is the scenario there, is there a que for it and walk in etc?

thanks

In both cases, the information travels to UKBA instantly. However if you go post office, you don't need an appointment just turn up early in the morning and join the queue.
