English Requirement for Spouse (Tier-1 Dependent)

Hi All

Anyone can tell and guide about the requirement of English Test for spouse applying from Pakistan as a Tier-1 Dependent?

I heard that there is new rule for Tier-1 Dependent to pass English Test before applying for dependent visa. If it is true then can anyone tell me what sort of test it is? And what is the procedure please.

No nothing has changed. Tier 1 dependent does not require English Language test. Though old, it is the current form. It appears on the UKBA website under the section 'Application by dependent'
