I Need ILR - HELP

Post by arashi » Wed Apr 11, 2012 1:55 am

Hi and thank you for reading this

I came to uk in 2000 with my mum on a visiting visa; however on the last week of our stay they decided to leave me here to my brother who is British.

I have gone through the following:

1- tribunal - get my FLR(F) (rejected)
2- high court - error of law (back to tribunal)
3- tribunal ( rejected ) - another error of law was present but my family decided to not take it to court

now::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

I have been in uk for almost 12 years starting from my childhood and I would love to solve this situation quickly, can anyone give me any advice

I just got my degree and I really would love to work in my filed - for the sake of experience at least - I dont want to be 28 with ILR and on benefit for god sake. also I Dont like to work illegally ... all that i can do is work for free and hope that is not illegal - is that legal !

Anyone, any idea other then having to wait 14 years ... HELP
