ILR holder- query about working in INDIA

Dear All,

My wife and I both got ILR on Last month and i guess i have to wait for next year March to qualify for Naturalization/ BC.

My query is

1) My wife and i both would like to work in India for at least 2 years by keeping the ILR - BRP cards?

or else another scenario is

can i work for 2 years in INDIA after receiving the British Passport ?

take BC+OCI then u can work both in India and UK
