Cardiff PEO experience

I went to cardiff PEO, I had booked appointment for myself and my wife, but to my surprise they said they have booked only for me and they are unable to process my application today. They have taken my application and said they are going to process tommorrow. I was surprised since on their list had both of our name but still they denied that it was booked only for one person.
Hope they process it tommorrow

what about biometrics ? did they take that ? did they take premium fees ?

Yes they took biometrics and took premium fees, but refused to process the application today, however they did promise that they will do tommorrow

then don't worry. this is common nowadays. you should get result soon, by phone. if not this week then most likely next week.

we had posts in this forum about an exact same case last week, and the guy got a positive decision within a week over phone

I got a call today at around 11: 00 am from cardiff PEO and luckily my application is successful, I went there and collected all my documents and passport and they said that BRP will arrive in 5 - 7days.

Thanks everybody for answering my question and all the help.

Now I have to begin my prepration for ILR as I will be eligible on 1st week of August this year.
