Proof of funds for Family visiting

Hi,

I would like to invite my parents to UK and I am on Tier 1 visa but my application is in process with UKBA where as my Elder brother who runs his own business and British citizen is ready to provide the necessary documents but coming to sponsoring he don't have much funds available in his account instead he got the funds in business account, can he show the business account as proof of funds?

Yes as long as there is enough funds available to pay for the visit and any other subsequent cost that may be incurred as a result of their visit.
