Incorrect answer on new ILR form

So a bit of background I applied for ILR with the Set (M) form on the 16th of Jan (my FLR expired at the end of January) but just got the application back in the mail saying that the payment couldn't be put through and to reapply. (the bank had our address backwards) So I reprinted the application as the form is different as of the 6th of April. But I said that I hadn't had biometrics done before. Which I realised last night is incorrect. Should I send in a newly filled out portion of the form with the correct information? Help. Lauren
