Initials not expanded in Degree certificate - Advice Needed

Hello Experts,

I am planning to apply for Tier-2 general shortly. I have a degree that was taught in English and approved by PBS. However, my surname (which is my father’s first name as in case of most of the south Indians) is not expanded in the degree certificate. The same is the case with my school & birth certificates. The only exception is my passport. How do I explain this discrepancy to the UKBA?

Get an affadavit done , saying the same person has the name with photo
