Changing a fiance visa to a spouse visa

Hi
I'm a newbie here, I got my fiance's visa into the UK, but does anyone know how we can upgrade it to a spouse visa? I'm hoping to marry her soon, i guess we cant apply before marriage though? any help appreciated regards Bob :D

Before applying you may want to consider the pros and cons regarding applying for FLR(M) in person at a PEO or by post.
If your wife wants to take up employment soon after the wedding, bear in mind that she won't be able to legally work until her spouse visa has been granted. In person applications are generally decided on the day (at the premium fee), whereas postal applications although the cheaper option, are taking on average 12-14 weeks to process. She would also be without her passport while the postal application is being processed.
