Hi,

Could someone please let me know if one were to posses a Tier 2 ICT (Long Term Staff) dependant visa, will they be required to go through RLMT process before giving any job or the RLMT is only applicable for Tier 2 General visa holder?

You can work without restriction. The only work you can't take is a doctor or dentist in training.

Fab! Thanks for the clarification.
I have got two more queries:
Can the Tier 2 ICT dependent set up an one man company and provide contracting service like how people from Tier 1 earlier used to do?

Will the dependent visa be void if the main Tier 2 Visa holder goes on vacation/maternity leave to India?
