1) Unpaid council tax
2) Unpaid parking tickets
3) Unpaid debt?

I would say unpaid Council Tax is the biggest offender and would cause you problems.

what really happens is if you were the person responsible to pay the bill (in your name) and you never paid it, you get summoned by courts and if you don't appear in court then you have it in your file.

check your crb file for that.

i dont think unpaid debt will affect, unless the creditor went to court.
