Need Urgent help for my Spouse Visa

Post by nrawat001 » Thu Apr 12, 2012 5:01 pm

Hi All,

I have been waiting for my Visa (Including my spouse dependent) since last 6 weeks and my spouse need to travel on 15th April 2012 due too her pregnancy. I am fed off from the Home Office and their Visa processing procedure. Below are my details.

1. Type of application: (Switching / Extending) - Extending
2. Date of expiry of current leave (visa) - 29th Feb 2012
3. Date application posted - 05/01/2012
4. Date payment debited - BY the employer
5. Biometric letter received: 27/01/2012
6. Biometric done: 01/03/2012
7. Passport Received: Not yet
8. Biometric Received: Not yet

Since the Visa has been not received yet, I am planning to widrow my spouse application. Please suggest me that is this possible to do in one day and can I collect the original documents from the Croydon office directly ?

Thanks and Regards,
Nami

If you applied by post your passport is not in Croydon, it's in Durham. They will send it to you and it takes a couple of weeks.

Thanks for your quick response.

So there is no other way :-( I am not in a situation to postpone my spouse travel. Please suggest if there is any other alternative way to travel.
