Child applying for Naturlisation

Hi,

I am on my ILR, which I got recently and my wife still my dependent. Can I apply for naturalization for my son now who was born in UK a year ago? My question is basically is he eligible for naturalization using MN1 form even though only one of the parent becomes settled and other not?
