Process of PEO appointment booking

- Registered my account at this URL ()
- got email to activate account
- clicked on the link and created new password
- Logged in successfully
- Click Next
- What service you applying for: Selected "Tier 1 (General)" as type of application. Is this correct for Tier-1 Extension?

- Question "Are you applying for premium service"?
- Answer "Yes". Is this correct coz Help says:
When completing a paper form or uploading an interactive form, we offered you the option to apply in person for same-day service. This is known as premium service. If you chose premium service at that time, answer "yes". Otherwise, answer "no". Please note that you can not now change your previous decision on premium service.
Do we need to fill Tier 1 extension form before applying for PEO appointment?


Reading other threads seems like the list of Visa's in drop down has changed and hence confirmation.

I have booked mine selecting same information for Tier1 G extension.

One other thing I have notice (since this is 2nd time I am applying using PEO) is that during registration or otherwise they didn't ask any personal information such as Name, passport details, visa details, etc .... just email .... is that how it is?

Coz if I remember correctly last time in order to register to make PEO appointment they use to ask passport number and what not .....

Am I missing anything?
