Tier 2 ICT query

Hi All,
Here is my question.

We are from India. My husband is working in London since Sept 2011 on Tier 2 ICT short term visa. His visa will expire in Sept 2012. I have also got visa under tier 2 ICT valid from April 2012 to 2013.
As per new visa rules is it possible from my husband to work in london, in the same job, under dependency visa till my visa also expires in April 2013

yes, it is possible but your husband will have to apply for a visa (entry clearance) from abroad. The UK in India website currently quotes 2-3 weeks processing time for such applications.
