Last date for 'in time' application? Urgent!

The 'valid until' date on my biometric permit is 14/04. Is this the last date on which I can send an 'in time' application, or would it be the 13th?

For those wondering, yes you can submit your application till the date on your permit for it to be 'in time', but the key lies in the post mark.
