My husband and i have been waiting patiently for the last 8 months for his ilr (set m). As advised, after 6 months was up, we phoned up to see how his application was progressing and all we have had for the past couple of months is processed but not completed. After phoning up again today i was told there is no point keep phoning up anymore. If the caseworker needs something they will ask you so all you can do is wait. So what is the point of saying you can phone up after 6 months when really you get nowhere? The mp and the solicitor are of no help what so ever so we are completely stuck. Any more ideas on what we can do? or is it quite simply a case of waiting until someone has pulled out my husbands application from the bottom of the pile because really the time they are taking is absolutely ridiculous. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank You.
