Indefinte leave to remain

Post by shindasoorma » Fri Apr 13, 2012 7:06 pm

Hi, I have got a query regarding ILR. My student visa is expiring next year in June 2012. I came to this country in Sept 2002, right now studying MBA which finishes next year. Eligible to apply for long residence in Sept 2002. I m not willing to continue my MBA after applying for ILR. If I apply in sept and stopped going to college, there would be any effect on my application for long residence. Thanks

Regards

This year June 2012 or next year June 2013?

September 2012, you mean?

While your ILR application is being considered, you're bound by the conditions under which your previous visa was issued. You're advised to keep attending classes while ILR application is being considered.
