SET(F) elderly dependant relatives ILR (new fees)

Post by sg2at » Sat Apr 14, 2012 12:13 am

Hi,

just wanted to get some advice on the new fees effecting from 6th April 2012.

The application form SET(M) is still calling for old fees i.e. £1815.

Does any one know if the fees on the application form will take precedence over the fees published on UKBA news i.e. £1850?

Any comments suggestions welcome?

Regards

No it isn't because you need to refer to SET (F).

For Parent, Grandparent or Other Dependent Relative aged 18 or over of a person present and settled in the UK, applying under para 317 of the immigration rules the fee is £1850 for postal applications

Thanks for the correction ........ its SET(F)

The form that opens in the link calls for £1815.

My question is weather we follow the form? our should use own knowledge and pay £1850 reading from UKBA website news.

I dont want the application to be knowcked back due to incorrect fees.

your help will be much appreciated.
