plz can any one answer my question

my question is when ukba starts application process for set (m )?
1. when paymeny is deducted
2. when we receive acknowledgement letter
3. or when we receive brp letter.

is there any chance they start application process before they invite for brp? i shall be very thank full to if any put some light on this matter. thank u.

The application process starts when you submit the application. I think what you are really trying to ask is at what point in the process will the application be assessed and approved or refused. This part begins after the biometrics.
