hello Rascal 56,

I just got my Tier 1 Visa extension yesterday, although i applied at PEO on 5/04/2012. These were the documents that confrimed my self employment earnings:

1. Invoices.
2. Invoices explanation.
3. Prepared accounts by accountant showing net profit( signed and stamped)
4. letter from accountant ( signed and stamped).
5. Personal bank statements.
6. Official letter showing my UTR from HMRC.
7. NI payment slip.

That should be enough. However, because you are applying after 6/04/2012. You should have received self assessment from HMRC.
Fill it and take it along with you. Please tell your accountant to stamp it for you.

You should be fine.
