Haven't received UKBA acknowledgement letter

Hi everybody, i Haven't received UKBA acknowledgement letter, it is already been 4 months, since i sent my application to home office, I did not get any letter or anything, I dont know what to do, my solicitor is calling to home office but answer is, we need to wait, is it anybody who can help me some how? thanks

how did you post your application? can you make sure it is received by UKBA?
