Tier-2 ICT (1 Year) Extension

Hello,

I am on a Tier-2 ICT visa which is valid for 1 year.

My visa is valid from Jan 2012 - Jan 2013.

As per the new rules
1. Will I be able to extend my visa with the sponsor being in UK
2. Will I be able to change my job with another employer(sponsor) being in UK
3. Will I be able to change my visa from Tier-2 ICT to Tier-2 General being in UK
