As your son is UK born, his application is not dependent on yours and most likely will be sent separately (and much earlier) from yours.

will it come to council or directly to me.

as he is about 1.5 years old so he will not attend ceremony that makes me confused where will certificate go for him

Sometimes this board is better than NCS etc. I rang NCS and they said you will get both (mine and son) certificate at ceremony

Well, the HO could still send it to the council but this is less likely in 1(3) applications as the decision is not dependent on the parent's application.
