Applying ILR in person

Post by Sjataprolu » Mon Apr 16, 2012 2:32 pm

I am on HSMP Tier1 from 2007 and now i am eligible for ILR. previously i had been on student visa for 3 years. my question is

If i apply ILR in person rather than by post, will case worker will ask the questions about my previous history (i mean about my student visas)?

Regards,
Rao

they could ask. why you are worrying about it now? I would guessed if no over stay or any immigration rule breaks then you should be fine.
