Name on documents different

I am applying for ILR on Tier 1 and previously i have supplied my University and Graduate/Master information which has my full name Relan William Adams, but my passport and every other detail i have has simply Rel Adams.
Will this cause an issue and if so what should i do to rectify it?
Bearing in mind for HSMP and Tier 1 extension it never posed a problem?
