:(
on a date no earlier than three months prior to the date of
application,
(1) registered with HM revenue and Customs as self-employed, or
(2) registered a new business in which you are a director, or
(3) registered as a director of an existing business/////

but i am working as self employee for one year....
what can i do??????

For example: Registering as self-employed no earlier than 3 month prior to applying on June 1st would mean that you need to have registered as self-employed any time before March 1st.

If you are applying now and have been registered as self-employed for over a year then you have absolutely no problem. If you were applying now and had registered only in the past 2 months, they you would have a problem.

All of this assumes you hold PSW

I read this opposite to you Lucapooka - to me the requirements is that the registration must take place no earlier than 3 months before the date of the application, so registration 2 months before would be fine, registration 6 months before would not be.

Yes, your right of course. We are looking backwards in time rather than forwards and that is what confused me.

You can arrive no earlier than 9.00 means not before 9.00.

You can arrive no later than 9.00 means not after 9.00

Sorry for the misdirection.

Now, I have been working as Web designer and developer more than 4-5 years so if I put my occupation as web designer. will it be ok ? and expected net earning for this year - no ideas what shall I put there..
