UK Dependent visa for Spouse

Hi Experts,
My wife has submitted her dependent visa application with VFS India Mumbai.
Now 11 working days passed but still the application status shows "Visa application is under process with British High Commission". I called multiple times to VFS call center but they are also giving us the same status update.

Can anybody please tell me how I can track the application with British High Commission.

Hi vinny,,, is it a settlement dependant visa? if yes then u will have to wait for atleast 3 months time other wise it may take around a months time...mine is settlement dependant visa,,i applied on 29th of feb and am still waiting ,,,so take heart.
