hi all,
i am making this enquiry for one of my friend who's son has turn 18years old recently. his son has the following certificate.
certificate of registration as a british dependent territories citizen.

he's settled in honkong. he wants come to uk. what is his status how does he come to uk. how can he get full uk nationality.

please help.
