Moving from tier-1 to Tier-5

Hi All,

Can any one of you please guide me how to move from Tier-1 to Tier-5?

Do I have to leve the country to get the visa done?

My emploer has sponsership centrificate

Sorry my answer might not be any help, but i am very interested to the answer as i am a tier one post study work visa holder, and looking to apply for YMS when my post study work visa runs out in september. From what i have read on the UKBA site, they specifically stated "applications made within the UK will not be accpeted" thus i guess the only way is leave and apply from another country.
