Help please - dependant visa Tier2

Dear All,

Could anyone throw a light on this..

We have applied for a Tier 2 visa (switching from old style work permit) for myself and my wife as a dependant. The biometrics were done and we got an approval letter from HO that our application was successful. (2 seperate letters received - for me & my wife)

I received my biometrics card nearly 15 days before and my wife still didnt receive it. I thought it was a postal probelm and we emailed the BRP team. They have replied today that this was not a delivery issue and this matter has been referred to the relevant caseworker.

I am very much confused.
