PBS Dependant visa to new born in UK

Hi Friends
I am currently on Tier1 (General) and applying PBS dependant to my new born baby in UK. I could not find any document check list in UKBA site if we are applying PBS dependant within UK. I know I need to send my passport and Biometric. My doubt is these should be originals or photo copies? If anyone has applied PBS dependant within UK recently please advise.
