Hi,

Please let me know my ILR eligibility in 2013 based on below details. I entered the country on work permit and then my visa status changed to Tier 2 ICT and then Tier 1 general.

Work permit - 2 years - June 2008 to June 2010
Tier 2 ICT - 1 year - July 2010 to July 2011
Tier 1 Gen - 2 years - July 2011 to July 2013

Am I eligible for ILR in 2013 (after 5 years of stay). My doubt is the Tier 2 ICT stay in between for 1 year issued in July 2010. Is Tier 2 ICT issued after April 6 2010 eligible for ILR period calculation?
